The service gets one star. The unit shipped a week later than originally quoted. Our delivery "window" was exceeded by four days. We bought the fountain because we wanted it for a party, and it should have arrived, as promised, by that date. Not even close.

However, if you like the fountain, by all means get it! My wife and I love it. Just don't believe the delivery dates.

UPDATE: It's now the end of 2008 and I can give a better assessment
of the fountain. Still happy with the fountain, but the liner coating on the inside peels off. So you have the option of recoating. Still, a nice fountain.
