(More customer reviews)We purchased the Household Essentials 6000 32-Line Outdoor Parallel-Style Clothes Dryer with Aluminum Arms.Unfortunately, the second time it was used, one of the arms twisted and broke off, landing the cloths on the ground.We had a similar type of product and it lasted almost 10 years.
I would not recommend this product it is flimsy and shoddy workmanship.
Although, their customer service center did reply quickly attempting to resolve this issue.
