(More customer reviews)i ordered TWO PINK UMBRELLAS. i received TWO GREEN umbrellas. bargain outfitters refused to credit me or ship PINK ones until they received the green ones back. so, i sent them back. 2 weeks later, i receive a THIRD GREEN umbrella. whats worse? i sent them back ALL THREE GREEN UMBRELLAS and they only logged ONE return because someone on their end does not OPEN boxes when they receive returns. so 1 box = 1 umbrella apparently. this was a complete nightmare. plus, when i started complaining, their customer service agents would call multiple times, with NO UPDATE from the last call. they would call just to say "we have verified that you received GREEN instead of PINK." well, no kidding.

MY PROBLEM IS STILL NOT SOLVED because it seems no one can count or account for the umbrellas i sent back. i will NEVER order from this company again.
