(More customer reviews)I was a bit disappointed with this umbrella. It is large and includes a pull string to raise it. There was something wrong with the pulleys, a rough spot or something and after raising it a time or two the string is completely frayed. I should point out that I didn't use the string after the first time. I am tall enough to raise the umbrella by hand. The material of the umbrella is very thin. It isn't a complete loss, but I wasn't terribly happy with it. Also, I never got a reply from the email I sent to their customer service.
