(More customer reviews)After using the umbrella for 3 months (July-Sept.), I am disappointed that the chord of the umbrella is bunching up making it difficult to open all of the way. It appears that the covering on the chord has separated from the nylon inside. I will probably have to replace the chord for next season. Otherwise, the umbrella is everything expected, except for delivery. Fedex lost the first one and never realized it was not delivered. After a number of phone calls to Fedex, I called Amazon and they sent out a replacement immediately.
