(More customer reviews)My experience was very different than the last reviewer's.I bought mine for the office.There was a graphic diagram and was easily put together.Very sturdy.Surprisingly heavy.Finish isn't that great but that's very minor.No tools needed for assembly.I put the shorter pegs on top and is great for hats.Very pleased and may buy another for home.
