(More customer reviews)This unbrella base is just as described, "Classic".It is heavy, handsome and goes perfectly with my cast aluminum table and chairs.I couldn't be happier!It arrived as scheduled and in perfect shape.I found umbrella bases from the same company in the local high end stores at much higher prices, and they didn't carry the look that I wanted.....too many curly cues!It also has an extra feature that I wasn't aware of when I ordered it.The post that holds the umbrella is in two pieces.You use the shorter of the two if you are using the base under a table and you can add the extension for more stablility if you are using it free standing.Both pieces fit under my table and I figured the more stability the better!You can also purchase an extra weight to create an 80 lb. base.
