My umbrella arrived poorly packed, in a weak looking carton container, obviously damaged. Opened it and parts were broken and/or missing. I took pictures and contacted the manufacturer, as instructed in the inserts. They did not do anything. They said it was an Amazon error and recommended I contact Amazon. So I repackaged it in that damaged box, had to tape the heck out of it and sent it back and got my money back. (ended up purchasing a great one from Bed Bath and Beyond and using a 20% coupon for a total of $240)
