(More customer reviews)Amazon advertises in two locations that this product includes "Includes a round water ballast base."It does not.Remained on hold with the manufacturer for 30 mins to reach customer service.Customer service changed their mind twice about whether or not UMB-436725 is supposed to have included a water ballast base, but it is not in the package, could not possibly fit in the small package, and says clearly in the instructions that it must be purchased separately. Amazon responded promptly offering a full refund including pre-paid return shipping, but this is a bummer having taken a half-day off from work to sign for the package and having waited for the product when I could have purchased a competitors and have it up by now. The umbrella is completely unusable without a weighted base in reality and per the instructions, it will fall over if you sneeze without the 100-200lbs securing the base.

Update:
It has now been a year:
1) The material functionally has held up well, but it has faded to pure white in the sun.

2) Rust is minimal, except from all the bolts which are not stainless steel. I would recommend replacing them or spray painting them prior to installation.

3) Did you know the warranty is only 90 days? That is VERY brief for such an expensive product, and unfortunately did not cover the solar assembly which failed entirely about 6 months in (not a charging issue, as lights don't even turn on with fresh charged batteries).

4) The umbrella mechanisms themselves have held up well, but note that NONE of the offset umbrellas will tolerate wind as well as the regular center-mast type. A slight wind place a lot of stress on any of these mechanisms due to the torque leverage advantage of being offset. Use only in calm conditions.
